• Clear Lake, Espanola, Ontario: Excellent results at Clear Lake were the result of  a gradual build-up of the weevil population over three seasons. The milfoil was stabilized at non-nuisance levels within three years in both targeted areas and lake wide.

• Puslinch Lake, Cambridge, Ontario: Milfoil at this shallow lake became a serious threat to property values and recreational use. A three year weevil stocking program resulted in large open areas where milfoil was no longer at nuisance levels. Watch a press release about this project here.

• Lake Bonaparte, Lewis County, New York: Weevils were stocked throughout over 20 sites in this 1,286 acre lake in upstate New York from 2002 to 2008. This large-scale Milfoil Solution^® program demonstrates long-term, measurable control of Eurasian watermilfoil.

• Lake St. Helen, Roscommon County, Michigan: This 2,400 acre lake was widely covered in milfoil when a weevil stocking program began in 1998. After stocking for five years and continuing to monitor the lake once stocking was complete, the weevil population is still thriving and providing years of milfoil control.
